For commercial sterility test acidic canned food.
Principle:
Multivalent peptone and yeast extract powder provides carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors; glucose into fermentable sugars; potassium hydrogen phosphate buffer; a low pH adaptation of microorganisms to survive in acidic growth.
Formulation（per liter）:
Multivalent peptone 5g
Yeast extract powder 5g
Glucose 5g
Dipotassium hydrogen 4g
Final pH5.0 ± 0.2
How to use：
1.Suspend 19g in 1L of distilled water,stirring heated to boiling to completely dissolve ,autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
