Usages:
For selective enrichment and cultivation of campylobacter jejuni.
 
Principle:
Lactalbumin hydrolyzate, animal tissue hydrolysates provide carbon and nitrogen sources; yeast extract provides vitamins; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic equilibrium; sodium pyruvate and sodium metabisulfite can neutralize toxic substances and media.
 
Formulation（per liter）:
Animal tissue hydrolysates 10g
Lactalbumin hydrolyzate 5g
Yeast extract 5g
Sodium chloride 5g
Sodium pyruvate 0.5g
Sodium bisulfite 0.5g
Sodium carbonate 0.6g
A- ketoglutarate 1g
Final pH 7.2 ± 0.2
 
How to use：
1.Suspend 27.6g in 1L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, distribute into flask,autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
