Usages:
For the cultivation of fastidious and non-fastidious microorganism.
 
Principle:
Pancreatic protein peptone and bovine heart infusion provide nitrogen, vitamins and growth factors; glucose can provide energy for a variety of bacteria; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic equilibrium; disodium hydrogen phosphate buffer.
 
Formulation（per liter）:
Pancreatic peptone 10g
Sodium chloride 5g
Disodium hydrogen phosphate 2.5g
Glucose 2g
Bovine heart infusion (brain heart infusion powder) 500mL (17.5g)
Final pH 7.4 ± 0.2
 
How to use：
1.Suspend 36g in 1L of distilled water, heated to boiling stirring until completely dissolved, dispensing tube or flask, autoclave at 121 ℃ for 15 minutes.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
