Usages:
For the cultivation of Campylobacter spp.
 
Principle:
Casein hydrolyzate, animal tissue hydrolysates provide nitrogen; yeast extract to provide a variety of vitamins; glucose to provide energy; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic equilibrium.
 
Formulation(per liter):
Casein hydrolyzate 10g
Animal tissue hydrolysates 10g
Glucose 1g
Yeast extract 2g
Sodium chloride 5g
Sodium bisulfite 0.1g
Final pH 7.0 ± 0.2
 
How to use:
1.Suspend 28.1g in 1L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling ,autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
