Usages:
For the selective isolation of Campylobacter jejuni.
 
Principle:
Peptone, tryptone, yeast extract provide carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins, growth factors; sodium chloride to maintain osmotic balance; sodium pyruvate, sodium metabisulfite, ferrous sulfate is conducive to the growth of Campylobacter.
 
Formulation(per liter):
Peptone 15g
Tryptone 2.5g
Yeast extract 5g
Sodium chloride5g
Agar 15g
Final pH 7.2 ± 0.2
 
How to use:
1.Suspend 42.5g in 1L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling ,autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
 
Storage: Keep container tightly closed, store in a cool, dry place, away from bright light. Storage period of 3 years.
