For cultivation and examination of microorganisms.
Principle:
Yeast extract ,tryptone provide carbon and nitrogen sources, vitamins and growth factors.
Formulation(per liter):
Yeast Extract 4g
Tryptone 5g
Glucose 50g
Agar 20g
Potassium Dehydrogen Phosphate 0.55g
Calcium Chloride 0.425g
Magnesium Sulphate 2.5g
Ferric Chloride 2.5g
Bromocresol Green 0.022g
Final pH 5.5 ± 0.2
How to use:
1.Suspend 80g in 1 L of distilled water , stirring heated to boiling until completely dissolved, dispensing flask, 121 ℃ autoclave for 15min.
2.Diluted and treated samples.
