IconCut® Hind III is expressed and purified from E.coli that carries the recombinant HindIII gene. The molecular weight is 35.8kDa, with the recognition site at A^AGCTT. The reaction is conducted for 5-15 minutes at 37?, and heat-inactivated at 65? for 20 minutes. This enzyme is not sensitive to dam, dcm or mammalian CpG methylation.
